Working closely with the founder, Becky, I designed a full website experience rooted in her personality, values and vision. I created a new content structure and brought the site to life with a user-friendly, fun and informative design, balancing clear navigation with playful visual details. I used existing bespoke illustrations to build out a playful brand identity that felt warm & welcoming, then translated it across the website and social media templates to ensure a consistent brand across all touchpoints.

The site also needed to work hard behind the scenes, supporting product categories, subscriptions, grazing table enquiries and an email sign-up. I made sure the structure worked seamlessly across desktop and mobile, with built-in flexibility so new products, ranges or seasonal changes could be added easily, which I then handed over to a developer to build as per my designs.

I also created branded social media templates, helping the founder carry the new look and feel across every touchpoint.

The final result is a colourful, engaging and user-friendly online presence that finally feels like BB’s Bakery. The brand now has a strong identity and a flexible, functional e-commerce site to support its next stage of growth — moving from local markets to a national customer base.
