The project focused on evolving Rewilding Britain’s digital presence to match their growing influence and shift from purely informative to action-oriented.

The key objective was to make the website clearer and more impactful, with a homepage that quickly communicates who they are, what they do, and why it matters. The old homepage lacked this narrative structure, offering no clear user journey or next steps. 

Working from existing templates and the brand’s current brand guidelines, I created wireframes and responsive UI designs in Figma. I focused on improving layout and hierarchy and call-to-actions. The homepage was restructured to better tell the story of rewilding, build trust, and move users to take action.

I also designed a set of new modular components that could be reused across the site. These components were designed to feel consistent with the existing templates while pushing the brand forward visually.

Changes to the design helped to make the site feel more engaging and purposeful whilst still being consistent with their brand identity. 

The result is a cleaner, bolder and more user-friendly website that shows Rewilding Britain not just as a source of information, but as a catalyst for action. The site now supports their goal of reaching more people, building their network, and owning their position as leaders in the rewilding movement.
